If you like seafood, then you're in good shape! Broil shrimp and scallops in butter and garlic- or make clams casino! Also, you can make your own chinese dishes at home..what about Kung Pao chicken? Find a low sodium soy sauce, thinly sliced up chicken, green and red peppers, a little bit of onion, and some peanuts. Also, don't underestimate the wonderfulness of a crockpot..throw in a chicken or some ribs with low carb BBQ sauce..YAY! Good luck!
