Been to Boots to weigh myself. One tiny pound down. Can you believe it? One pound. From Wednesday to today one pound. Bought a healthy lunch but my heart not in it. I am rubbish with setbacks. Am on day 8 of this woe and I am sooooo upset. Where's my landmark drop. May the heavens save me from carbs today...........
