I've hated that term used around LC for years! It is a matter of choices. It shouldn't carry some degree of judgement if you choose to eat X. I think as you become more comfortable with LC and really do see it as a WOL and not a diet this becomes less of an issue.
Carbs aren't evil. It's a matter of choices. Remember when we though fat was bad for us ?  |
