Thanks everyone
I guess i will continue to not eat breakfast and then add it in if I start stalling. This week has been an awesome learning experience for me. I am enjoying this WOE more than I have any in the past. I can honestly say I feel more in control than I ever have been and I think I can finally kick this thing.
