Welcome Vanessa and congratulations on your 10lb loss! I understand needing support and having those days that are really tough. I've been depressed the last couple of days because I haven't been losing as quickly I expected... I even cried in frustration. However, since I feel healthier, I'm chosing to stick to LCing.
