I have a niece whose entire diet is soy based. She is the most unhealthy looking girl her age (20) I believe I've ever seen. I did this Google search for her just a couple weeks ago. I'll admit I was surprised at the information I found! Especially since all 3 of my kids were raised on soy based infant formula! I'll just give the one site that had the most links on it.
