WTG! 20 # in 2 months is amazing! Consider what a postive thing you are doing for you LIFETIME! I manage by considering only one day , even one meal at a time.
Maybe since it is summer make an appt with a friend to go hiking or some outside type sport activity for 1/2 hour daily. With someone else counting on you it might help with the exercise commitment. OR borrow a dog for a long walk (your neighbors might be thrilled to let you do this actually) my 'girls' are one of my primary exercise 'reminders'
