Adam,
I think you're doing great! 20 pounds is fantastic.. no matter what. I was on Weight Watcher and Tops so many times and I would be thrilled for 10 pounds, but it didn't happen! I guess I am still in euphoria to finally be in control of what goes in my stomach, but YOU're doing AWESOME!
