Thank you Thank you Thank you you have just made my day with the link to the yoghurt discussion forum....I love my yoghurt but because I thought it was high in carbs I haven't been having any now I can eat it without feeling guilty yiiipppeeee

In the forum they are mentioning full fat yoghurt, by any chance do you guys know of a brand here in Oz that is full fat? All I have seen are low in fat....
