Hi Karen,
I remember reading the "no iron" part in the BOOK (!) but I would like to know the explanation, as I have borderline anaemia. Does it contain carbohydrates?
I only take Jamieson's Super Vita-Vim (level 3 Potency) and it says "no starch" on the container...
