Congrats on your birthday and your skinny jeans!!!! It's a great feeling. My observation has always been that weight comes off at first, then inches, and fluctuates between both weight and inches - you never lose both together. I personally don't care what I way, it's how I feel and look in my clothes is what counts. Have fun!
