I love Green Beans Almondine, and it's really simple to make. Steam 1 lb fresh or frozen beans until tender. While the beans are cooking, saute' 1/2 c sliced almonds in 4 tbsp butter until golden. Drain the beans, toss with the almonds and butter, season to taste (I usually add a big pinch of tarragon), and serve.
