Hi Rose!

To add more fat to your diet you can easily do that with a little heavy cream. You could put it in soups or sauces, or if you are done with induction you could put a little over some berries and it is delicious! Or make whipped cream and add some sweetener and some cocoa powder to make a chocolate mousse.

A few eggs for breakfast can help beef it up too or deviled eggs with added mayo. (mayo another fat source btw!)

Full fat cheese (just make sure to stay under 4oz) is another fat source, you could make those delicious cheese chips listed on the snack section of the recipe part of this website!

Good luck looks like you're doing great already!
