I agree with you, she needs this book as soon as possible. It seems that Amazon is waiting for the new edition, and when I checked, had no used ones. I checked abe books a few minutes ago, and they had some used copies of the previous edition. For about 18 or 20 dollars US. I didn't see any canadian suppliers, but there might be some.
