Question Did I miss something? Do I also count calories on induction? (m)

Geesh now I"m confused! Wish my book wasn't at work!

Today I ate

3 deviled eggs for breakfast

chicken ceasar salad w/ homemade dressing (no sugar)
raw red & orange peppers

1 small chicken leg (snack)

steak and a hot dog for dinner (since I ate all my veggies at lunch)

Is there a protein limit (ie calories?)

Why do I always feel queasy??
