1 tsp Yeast
1 cup Vital wheat gluten(bob's red mill)
1/4 cup Soy flour
1/3 cup Ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. Splenda
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 cup water
