Yes, I also got that euphoric, dopey "warm in the tummy" feeling every morning after I ate my everything bagel w/butter and cream cheese. I doubt, however, that it's quite so "not unpleasant" to lose a kidney, or a foot or your eyesight. So, I miss pizza less and less all the time.
I don't consume any other products made from grains either. I haven't had a cold or the flu or for that matter even a headache since I stopped doing so. That's about two years now. I think the really bad part of pizza is the crust because it's made from wheat flour. It's even worse for you than the sugar.
