Got myself a bead maker I'm well chuffed it's one i looked at a few months ago but at £49.99 i decided i couldn't afford it, got it in a sale for £19.99!!

So off i went to get some ground almonds and nearly died at the price £2.09 for 200g, does anyone know of cheaper place to get them?

I'm also looking for recipes for my bread maker have looked at plenty on the low carb sites but which one's the best?? I would prefer to have it wheat free incase i have got an intolerance but i don't mind if it has, as my DH can eat it.
