Thanks for your reply, Shadow. Next time I buy ground meat, I will try that approach. Curious to see whether it will make the meat more digestible--it certainly filled me up, but not the best of feelings a few hours later. What should we born nuttatarians do???? (I know, I know, the peanut isn't a nut. But it has every right to be!).
