I recently bought two boxes of those carbolite protein bars for the occasional treat. I have had one of those carbolite bars in the morning in replace of breakfast, and this is the second day that I have used one in place of a meal. Interestingly enough these bars will curb my appetite to the point that I am not very hungry around lunchtime at all. I was just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience?
