I'm fairly new too, Rockelle, but I suggest you look at the recipe sections on the board. They offer a lot of carb substitutes. I've been doing well without too many carb cravings, but I just ordered a box of Atkins breakfast bars (1 carb each). Even if you can't have them on induction, you can in two weeks!
