I hadn't realised cooked toms were so bad, that could well be the icing on the cake for my pizza
Sauce was usually pure tom puree, olive oil and herbs spread on the base. Second layer of fried veggies with a topping of mozzerella, other cheeses and olives. No added sweetner whatsoever. Generally a lavish amount of it all.
I've been using tom puree in other meals too, so thanks for that
The combo I was thinking about as being a multiplier was the carb/protein one, as in the food combining "theory".
