Sorry, can't help you with your questions. I just don't eat or drink anything sugary - no real sugar, no sugar substitute - as they only make me want the real thing anyway. It was extremely difficult the first week, but now I don't have to watch myself so closely. I used to be a chocoholic and it's wonderful to be free!
