Cheats: a french fry off DH's plate once in a blue moon, 1 bite of cheesecake, 1 bite of filo pastry, 6-8 nights out with wine
LC products used: Splenda (sparingly), Designer Whey (for breakfast shakes), and last week I had 2 fudgicles with malitol (first time I've had sugar alcohols or any of the commercial LC treats.)
