205 / 10/ 9 weeks / cheated couple of times with a bite of bread or few spoons of rice but always stayed ~ 20g carbs. Forced to go to 30g carbs on a vegetarian diet for 3 weeks for religious reasons. Had lot of franken food (bars & shakes)during that period.

Now I still try to be at 20g but have introduced nuts, low-carb tortilla and an ocassional treat of low carb pancakes, muffins or snacks.

Right now I have hit a stall and keep gaining and loosing the same 2 pounds
