Make sure you start a journal and check out fitday...I've had previous experience on this WOL and it worked for me and was a great way to lose the weight without being hungry, this time around I'm having more trouble but I have health problems so it's a slow process but any small l weight loss I get is a blessing.Take care and visit people journals and read you will see alot of determination...
