mariejoe, If you can't get your healthcare provider to discuss things with you or test you for things that you have concerns about, CHANGE YOUR PROVIDER! There is nothing more important than "you". This is the person who is supposed to help keep you healthy, and try to provide answers to your questions. If you are uncomfortable in the least, switch. There are too many good doctors out there to stick with someone who won't answer you.
