Is it better to spread it out over the day because trying to do that I dont seem to be able to get as much drank? Does it have an effect for the rest of my day not having as much over the whole day??
It is better to spread it out over the day. Too much water at one time *can* be bad for your kidneys, but more important than that is that drinking it throughout the day is better to boost its benefits.
I prefer tap water (I have a well). I don't usually drink bottled water.
I don't have a metal taste, either; mine is a distinct taste I really can't explain.
