I noticed that a bit during TOM...but it's nowhere near that time for me now.
Why am I doing this if it doesn't work? I'm at 160 today, and I started this four weeks ago at 162. I've been as low as 158 and 158.5 a few times, but not for long! That is not much progress, and my clothes are not noticeably looser. I feel like I should have gone ahead and eaten that brownie yesterday -- it's not like I've lost any weight being "good"!!
