WOwoweeewowow!

I have now weighed myself for only the 2nd time since day 1....I actually did not believe the scale! Another 7 down! I have lost many inches, but now the lbs. are relflecting as well.....Feel great, but I have had the biggest challenge in trying to give up my 1 cuppa joe each day. So, I am not going to! I can drink it black, but, I am a Juan Valdez addict! I am going to make the mock danish (FUNNY NAME!) and a veggie quiche today, and I am going to share it with my friends. I will also say that veggies fresh picked from the garden are the best!
