Off to the gym
Did the tread mill with the usual jog/walk/jog thing...I am really liking this, and this time I put it on a slight incline.
Did the AB machine again...did the reps.
Did the birthing chair...not pretty
Found a dorsal fin thingie again...just did mild reps..nothing to severe..just trying it out
Missed water aerobics, so did laps instead
I am so consistant
