Default snackies

Here are my best snacks.... I HAVE to snack at 3 or 3:30 every afternoon or i lose my mind and become mega groucha girl.

I like to take ham, roll up a few slices, dip into mustard.

Tuna salad, rolled up in lettuch, dip in mayo or whatever you like.

scrambled eggs... with anything (even cinnamon if i need a sweety!)

crispified pepporoni's (again super great dipper)

celery in salsa, or cream cheese, or even both if you feel special

cheese, cheese, cheese

LEFTOVERS from your last ATKINS approved meal!

also, if i am getting hungry at 8 or 9 at night, and had a light cal day, i will sometimes have a tablespoon of whipped butter just to keep me going all night and not wake up hungry
