Since I love to buy my cheese in 1lb blocks, I can tell you exactly what 4oz looks like. I recommend buying an inexpensive food scale for future use. 4oz of cheese is approximately 3" tall/1.5" wide & 1/2" thick. It's a pretty good size hunk of cheese. Personally, I could eat several of these in a day if I let myself... LOL.
