Hi Sango. Looks to me like your problem might be artificial sugars. Looks like you've been eating at least a little maltitol and splenda every day. These can act like real sugar in some people and may be your problem. Have you considered really detoxing from sweets?

Try a week of very clean, savory eating away from sweeteners and see what happens.
