Well I've been downing some serious water these past two days. I used another Ketostick this morning and it was far less purple. Was definatly a big relief.

I forgot to mention that my caeser salad usually has grilled chicken - I try to get in some meat during lunch - Either in the salad or a small pack of jerky. I don't snack - I have NO APPETITITE at all lately. I force feed myself 3 meals a day and it's about all I can take in. I'll work on having a few more veggies for dinner. Maybe a small side salad of some kind.

Was taking the trash out last night and sure enough the pants started to slip down. I was more astonished than anything at the moment. Odd things these diets
