Frederick and Tess,
Thank you for your wisdom. I am going to try to take your advice. First, I am going to try to learn to accept what I have to work with. And, my dear spouse is happy with it, so I should be able to as well.
As for the exercise, I have been doing primarily weight training for the past several months. I am going to add aerobics on the days in between, and see if that gets things moving any better.
I guess that if a continued downward trend is in the cards, I'll take it. But, the main thing is the way that I feel on this WOE, and intend to make it a WOL.
