I know Atkins is a bit slower the second time around, but if it has been a whole year or more should it be like the first time all over again?

** It probably depends on HOW you do your induction and how much you have to lose. The more to lose = more loss up front. **

Also, has anyone figured out how much (only for yourselves not including family) you spend on groceries per month for this WOE?

** That depends on where you spend you money. I like to use my grocery card and coupons (if I have any) when I buy. Look for the best deal on meats. Chicken tends to stay cheaper than other meats. **

Last but not least, I am 244 lbs, 5 foot 6, would like to be 135 lbs, how long would anyone suggest I be on induction phase for?

** DANDR says you can do the induction phase for longer than 2 weeks if you want. Remember, the longer you stay on induction the faster you'll lose weight. **
