I used it many years ago, but the form I injested was a liquid. All aloe vera products are not equal. Find one that is not heat processed. Heat destroys the healing properties.

I liked it and felt better taking it, but the brand I purchased (Sasco) was not sold in stores, but by reps, and I lost my contact. It was expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. I've bought the cheaper products in the drug store and they were a waste of money.
