Exactly, if you can live with it and not feel guilty about it then by all means go ahead and do it. Just be prepared for your weight loss to slow down or even gain a little weight. The biggest problem is being knocked out of ketosis and taking several more days to get back in it. You may even find that after you do it the first time, it just isnt worth doing again. Good luck.
