I started the Atkins diet July 7, 2003. During the first phase I lost 13 pounds. I am looking forward to reaching my goal and maintaining this diet for a long time with the support of this forum and help from others. I plan to make a doctor's vistor within the next two weeks to check on my health status. I will keep you posted if you are interested......
