So true, so true. Too much talk of "cheating"... let's ditch that word. In OWL I would have a piece of chocolate or whatever, & call it a cheat - but hey, it aint so! (Imagine if everytime you had a high carb snack if you bashed yourself calling yourself a cheater! Can you live the rest of your life that way?!) This WOL is all about finding your CCL, & if you can eat 50 grams of carbs per day & not gain, but maintain, then alright, you're great & not "cheating"!
