thanks to all and your replys It is so great to have a plce to ask question and vent. I did not want to go to the Dr. with a silly question( so will make and Appt.)
I have been having trouble with my knee and fund the carilege is torn a bit. So I have not excersied for the past 6 weeks. But now after some injections and pt I will be able to start agin
But I think also it is B12 also..just neede a bit of confirmation on this. And not being able to exercise . Thanks for all the input!!
