Various low-carb plans are available, ranging from ultra-low carb (Atkins) to not-so-low carb (one example is Carbohydrate Addicts). My strong suggestion is that you arm yourself with knowledge; go to the library and/or bookstore and read up on the various plans until you find one that you can live with. Simply cutting down on carbs without much of a clue what you're doing or why will only lead to frustration and disappointment. My humble opinion, anyway.
