That is great news, I can't wait for the rest of the medical establishment to catch up and start recommending LC (even if it is through clenched teeth!).

I have high blood sugar - or rather I HAD high blood sugar, last time I went for my routine check up it was down at a *good* level for the first time in years, the practice nurse asked how I'd got it down so far along with losing weight and I told her I was doing Atkins and she was really pleased, she's a firm believer in LC for type 2's and borderline cases but can't 'officially' recommend it because it's against the guidelines of the practice
