That's interesting; I've been looking into this for a couple of months, because of my own sudden TOM problems, and I've never seen it mentioned that fat cells secrete testosterone. I have seen it mentioned that they secrete estrogen, though, and that excess estrogen causes all manner of things including early periods, heavy periods, midcycle bleeding etc.
