When you go shopping don't forget the sugar free jelly. It isnt the best dessert ever but tastes pretty good with some cream on it. Just about to have some myself. Have you read the Atkins book? I found it quite confusing and just try to stay off the carbs as much as possible. It has to be said that there are carbs in some pretty strange things that can catch you out so be careful.
