I am having probs with my pm. The forum tells me to empty it but it wont let me in. Iowagirlchecked up for me and I need to make 5 more posts before I can access. After that it will be emptied- promise.

Hope you arer all well and still low carbing. I jumped on the scales this morning and it looks like I have lost 6 pounds!! I will wait a couple of days and recheck but will be over the moon if it sticks.

Off now to do the washing up, boy do I know how to live, so I wil speak to you all soon.
