Im Lisa and I start the Atkins Diet today !!

It would be great if we could keep in touch/ support each other, as I think its gonna take me a bit of time to fully understand what I can / cant do !


I live in Northants, so Gemma we are pretty close !!

Anyway I will chat more later, but I need to work out my shopping list for next week, so far bacon, sausages , cream ...... this is sooo bizarre !!!!
