hi everyone. i am terrified of letting people know how big i am and equally terrified of failing on this diet. i am 29 years old and a heart attack waiting for a place to happen. my wife and i started on monday and i just can't seem to stick with this low carb thing. if anyone has any helpful secrets to stay going, please let me know - my life depends on my losing weight and i want to be around for a few more years!! thanks.....
