I'm with angela..
I agree with Angela on this... LC works great, but it works better with exercise! We all know that "low fat" is not the answer. Essential fats are necessary for everyone. Just stay away from the dreaded "trans-fats" and "saturated fats". They're the nasties that cause heart disease. Matter O fact... the FDA(?) is passing a law that requires food manufacturers to start labeling trans-fats on their labels. We should see this everywhere in the next couple years.
